Article 43.2 Medical directors of health organizations must establish improvement plans derived from the analysis of incidents and adverse events, including the study and analysis of sentinel events. Article 43.3 Doctors and, in particular, those who hold managerial and teaching positions in healthcare organizations must promote a culture of clinical safety in all areas of medical activity. Article 44 In order to limit transmission to patients, and unless there are reasons that justify not doing so, a doctor should be vaccinated, and it is their responsibility to use the necessary preventive measures against those communicable diseases with the highest prevalence and incidence.
