Advanced disclosure to any general media is contrary to Medical Ethics. Article 79.2 A doctor must not use in written, oral or visual scientific publications any data that allows the identification of the patient. When the possibility of identification cannot be avoided, the doctor must have the explicit consent of the interested party or his legal representative. 22
